Video Collaboration

Microsoft Teams Integration

The solution leverages the Call2Teams implementaton within the Teams portal.  "Search and Call" within Microsoft Teams is accommodated as well as Click-to-Dial through the Teams client.  The Amiba portal may be displayed as an iframe segment on the Teams portal.

The solution can enable voice for Teams users who do not have the Teams phone licence. They can make and receive phone calls natively within Microsoft without that licence requirement.
